Are you a manufacturer or a developer?

No. LIRA does not build products or scale standard solutions. We work with early-stage technologies, testing, and validation.

How are you different from an accelerator?

We are not focused on investor pitch presentations. LIRA validates whether a solution actually works in real-world conditions and whether it is worth scaling.

At what stage can teams approach you?

When there is an idea, prototype, or early-stage development (TRL 1–6) that needs to be validated, tested, or brought closer to operational use.

What does “open R&D infrastructure” mean?

It is an environment that connects military users, engineers, manufacturers, and partners into a single cycle of developing and validating solutions.
